- Double occupancy - $105 for one night. $95 per night for two or more nights
- Single occupancy - $85 for one night. $80 per night for two or more nights

- Check in from 3 to 7 PM or by previous arrangement
- Check out by 11 AM
- Reserve by phone (845-258-4696). Call between 8 AM - 9 PM
- No smoking inside house, ashtrays available on porches
Cancellation Policy
Full refund possible (minus $25 service charge) up to 7 days before reservation date. Otherwise 50% refund from 7 days to 24 hours before reservation date, and no refund with less than 24 hours notice.
